StirWands™ are sold for personal use only. The use of this technology to create any type of bottled water product for sale is prohibited. Quantum Age Water have and will continue to entertain licensing the use of StirWand™ technology for the enhancement of other products, such as cosmetics, oils, homeopathic remedies, etc. For such commercial and agricultural or aquacultural use, policies and fees, please contact Quantum Age Water.

Shipping

Various shipping options are presented upon checkout.

US orders usually ship the next business day. International orders usually ship within 1-2 days.

International Customs & Duties

International Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their Customs office to verify whether the country to which they are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Quantum Age water is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Payment Info

Payments are through PayPal using the online Shopping Cart, and major international credit cards are supported. The final total payable to Quantum Age Water includes the cost of the StirWand(s)™ selected, appropriate taxes, and shipping costs chosen.

Refund & Return Policy

Stirwands™ come with a 90-day money back satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased from Quantum Age Water.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email, including a cell phone photograph of the damaged wand, to david@stirwands.com.

Returns

To return your product, please email david@stirwands.com for the address and directions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
